SHIPPING:
Up to 2 slipcovers ship for a flat rate of $10.00. Pillow inserts will be shipped separately and pillow slipcovers should arrive thereafter within 5-10 business days. With pillow purchases, please expect your inserts to arrive first, and within a few days after, your slipcovers will soon arrive following the inserts.
Slipcover instructions :
- Please allow your insert to relax and expand for 5- 10 mins after taken out of the package.
- Take the insert folding it in half and inserting it into the pillow slipcover.
- Once half way into the slipcover place each end to the corners of the slipcovers evenly and fluff.
- Zip your slipcover closed completely and style as desired. Be sure to CHOP IT:-)
RETURNS:
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our handmade items. Each piece is unique and created with care. Due to the nature of our products being handmade, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within [number of days] of receiving your order, and we will gladly assist you in resolving the issue.
