SHIPPING:
Slipcovers: Up to 2 slipcovers ships flat rate at $10.00
Pillow Inserts: Ships separately. Allow 5-10 business days for delivery.
We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders.
RETURN:
Our mission is to produce premium quality products. Each piece is uniquely designed and created with intention to detail and care to meet your decorating style.
At this time and due to the nature of our products we do not offer return or exchange options.
However, should you receive a defective or damaged product, we want you to contact us at myyabdesigns@gmail.com or 951-447-7606 within 7 or receiving your order and we will assist you to the best of our ability to resolve the issue.
INSTRUCTIONS:
After you have received your products, please follow these easy instructions:
- Remove your inserts from the packaging and allow to expand for 5-10 minutes.
- Fold the insert in half then insert into the slipcover.
- Ensure that the insert is halfway into the slipcover, align the insert corners with the corners of the slipcovers, push inserts all the way into the slipcover and fluff.
- Zip the slipcover completely closed and style as desired. Now that your pillow is secured your last task is to CHOP IT!
